What separates a strong PM CV: specific projects, specific numbers, and honest delivery metrics.

Match the exact terminology from the job description — "Agile delivery" vs "Scrum" vs "SAFe" are different things to ATS.

How to Show Project Scale

Recruiters need to assess whether you've managed projects of similar complexity to what they're hiring for. Make scale clear in every experience entry.

Include for each role (or key projects within it):

One Page or Two?

Two pages is standard for experienced project managers. One page for graduate or junior PM roles. Three pages is rarely justified — even for programme directors — unless the role specifically requests a detailed project portfolio.
